Welcome to Access Through Action, an Ohio-based 501C3 public charity startup that aims to make living with disability easier through guidance, resources, and aid for disabled adults. This website anonymously allows "visitors" to browse our content and services while providing personally identifiable information for various purposes, which will be discussed later in this agreement.

Also, in this agreement, the terms "you", "your" and "yours" refer to both our "visitors" or "users", unless stated otherwise. And the terms "we", "us", "Access Through Action" and "our" refer to the entire Access Through Action fraternity, including the president, vice president, employees, members, officers, and all subsidiaries.

 

These Terms of Use are a contract between you and Access Through Action.

Donations

As a non-profit organization committed to helping people with disabilities, we accept donations. If you are interested in donating, Access Through Action has a dedicated donating platform provided by Givebutter. This platform ensures the secure handling of all donations. Donors have the flexibility to contribute through various methods provided by the platform.

When making donations, you will have to provide your full name, address(depending on donation type), and payment details. This agreement requires that you provide us with accurate information at all times. Our donation platform may store and use your details for future payments and accounting purposes.

 

Please note that you are responsible for any fees or taxes that may apply to the payments, which are non-refundable. Any activity with linked sites shall strictly be subjected to the linked site's terms and conditions or privacy policy including Givebutter.

 

Ownership

All content posted on this website, including trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property, is solely owned by Access Through Action.
