Things to know about The Navigator, disclaimer, and entity opt-out
The Navigator contains contact information for entities, we are not representatives of the entities. We present the information solely to spread the word of their existence. We do not speak on behalf of the entities. Therefore, we have decided not to list a description. You can find this usually on their website or by reaching out to them. However, to give you a bit more guidance we created categories such as services offered. The categories do not encompass everything about an entity and may not include all who are serviced.
Generally, publicly available information like public contact information is public domain when displayed it must maintain accurate and up-to-date information. We will regularly update for accuracy, revisiting websites every few years to ensure the details are current. For transparency purposes the date listed with each entity indicates the most recent verification or updated contact information we could find. (Sites inside The Navigator are clickable, making it easier to get to them.)
As a public user and/or viewer of The Navigator you agree that Access Through Action shall not be, held liable for any interactions between you and any entity here and after. You also agree it is your responsibility to learn more about and verify the validity of any entity of interest for yourself. You understand this shall not be a duty of Access Through Action and thus our nonprofit organization shall not be held accountable for any conduct of entities, viewers and, /or users.
If you are a representative of an entity and wish to opt out of being listed, we would be sad to see you and the potential help you could provide to someone in need. Yet, we will remove your entity as soon as possible. Simply email us, letting us know you would like to be removed.
